Belly2bebe Photography is dedicated to creating fantastic photographic artwork for you, your children and family.
Because your portraits are uniquely and individually yours, they are NOT returnable. On the rare occasion that we have not met your expectations with our beautiful artwork, we will do everything possible to satisfy you, but those issues must be brought to our attention before the images or (DVD’s) leave our studio.
No refunds will be given to images or (DVD’s) that have left the studio, NO CHANGES, RETURNS,REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ARE AVAILABLE.
ONLINE GALLERY
The private online gallery will be available for 2weeks. If you have not made your decision with the 2 weeks, the gallery will be removed. There will be a $75 fee to reactivate the gallery. (payable before activation)
Policy on sick children
Please do not bring children who are under the weather or recently immunized. This will guarantee that you will NOT be happy with the images created in the session. If the studio feels that the child is not well we reserve the right to CANCEL the session and reschedule it for another day.
Policy on bringing personal camera/video
We do NOT allow outside camera/video to be brought into the studio.
Policy on Pets
Pets must be on a leash or in a carrier. After the session, the pet must be removed from the studio. Pets are not permitted in certain sets. (indoor studio fantasy)
Policy on reshoots
Belly2bebe will always do our very best at capturing your family photographs.We cannot control getting that “perfect” expression, look, or pose. We will not offer a reshoot for those reasons. We will offer a reshoot for any equipment or technical failure.
Photo Clothing Advice
When photographing a newborn bebe, we prefer to have them as new as possible. They are very sleepy and bendable for the first 2 weeks. Your session will take place in the morning. This is the best time for a newborn, usually they are too over stimulated by the late afternoon. Your child will enjoy seeing themselves a wee little babies when they grow up! Using a prop will enhance the smallness of their tiny bodies. This is a once in a lifetime event for you and your baby. Time will fly by and when you gaze upon the art that we create together, tears and amazement will well up in your heart. Including older siblings will bring the family closer together.
Belly 2 bebe photography takes pride and care in our work. Every photo is carefully retouched to bring out the natural beauty. This is not an extra charge. We want you to feel proud when you are displaying your family portrait.
When you are considering having a family protrait session, remember that clothing choice is especially important. It is wise to avoid horizontal, vertical stripes, graphic tees and loud garrish colours. A pleasing soft muted colour pallet is advised to have the best results. Denim and khaki pants with soft muted shirts are an example to use in your photo shoot.
