Professional portraits that have a distinctive style and elegance.  

Photographing your pregnancy is a beautiful reminder of this phase in your life! You may only have 1 child or you may have 4. Every pregnancy is different. The best time to capture your belly is at around 34-36 weeks. You are just at the last month and your belly is round and beautiful.

When photographing a newborn bebe, we prefer to have them as new as possible. They are very sleepy and bendable for the first 2 weeks. Your child will enjoy seeing themselves a wee little babies when they grow up! Using a prop will enhance the smallness of their tiny bodies.  This is a once in a lifetime event for you and your baby. Time will fly by and when you gaze upon the art that we create together, tears and amazement will well up in your heart. Including older siblings will bring the family closer together. All newborn bebe photo- sessions will be in your home. We prefer to have the session in your home because this makes the baby and family feel at ease.

Belly 2 bebe photography takes pride and care in our work. Every photo is carefully retouched to bring out the natural beauty. This is not an extra charge. We want you to feel proud when you are displaying your family portrait.

When you are considering having a family protrait session, remember that clothing choice is especially important. It is wise to avoid horizontal, vertical stripes, graphic tees and loud garrish colours. A pleasing soft muted colour pallet is advised to have the best results. Denim and khaki pants with soft muted shirts are an example to use in your photo shoot.

Some info about the photograher!

 

Michelle Heron started photographing her own children about 22 years ago.  She has always been fascinated with the loving connections made between mother and child even before they have been born!

Babies are especially lovely subjects to Michelle. They do not have inhabitions and are always themselves infront of the camera.  Faerie fantasy slowly grew from trial and error for Michelle.

Michelle is a very artistic and inventive photographer. Always looking for that special spark and then her imagination takes over! Having perfected the faerie imagery in her studio and enchanted forest, you can be confident of receiving a perfected piece of art from your faerie or fantasy session.

This is for the client who would like their photos on a DVD.  I will pick the best 10-15  images (depending on the nature of your session)  from your session and take time with each chosen portrait to tweak it to perfection.  I will chose a color conversion depending on the mood and emotion that the portrait portrays (typically you will receive a color version, and a sepia or b&w version). 

Approximately one week after your session, you will receive the  full-resolution, fully finished, ready to be printed digital portraits from your session. Your portrait DVD  includes permissions that offer you the opportunity to print your finished portraits at the lab of your choice, and share your portraits freely among friends and family members.

The cost is $495.00+ taxes

*Digitally altering or enhancing the finished portrait product with digital software programs, is against the permissions agreement.

Upon verbal agreement of your reservation date, you will receive an electronic investment request via email for $100, which is a non-refundable reservation deposit. If you’d prefer to make your reservation installment by check or cash, you may deliver it to Belly 2 Bebe in person.
