Welcome to Belly 2 Bebe Photography!

Professional portraits that have a distinctive style and elegance.  

Photographing your pregnancy is a beautiful reminder of this phase in your life! You may only have 1 child or you may have 4. Every pregnancy is different. The best time to capture your belly is at around 34-36 weeks. You are just at the last month and your belly is round and beautiful.

|SOME PHOTO ADVISE!|

When photographing a newborn bebe, we prefer to have them as new as possible. They are very sleepy and bendable for the first 2 weeks. Your session will take place in the morning. This is the best time for a newborn, usually they are too over stimulated by the late afternoon. Your child will enjoy seeing themselves a wee little babies when they grow up! Using a prop will enhance the smallness of their tiny bodies.  This is a once in a lifetime event for you and your baby. Time will fly by and when you gaze upon the art that we create together, tears and amazement will well up in your heart. Including older siblings will bring the family closer together.

Belly 2 bebe photography takes pride and care in our work. Every photo is carefully retouched to bring out the natural beauty. This is not an extra charge. We want you to feel proud when you are displaying your family portrait.

When you are considering having a family protrait session, remember that clothing choice is especially important. It is wise to avoid horizontal, vertical stripes, graphic tees and loud garrish colours. A pleasing soft muted colour pallet is advised to have the best results. Denim and khaki pants with soft muted shirts are an example to use in your photo shoot.

| ABOUT THE PHOTOGRAPHER|

 Hi! My name is Michelle Heron and I have an addiction to babies!

The way they smell and the softness of their skin is simply beautiful. Every baby is beautiful and precious. They do not have inhabitions and are always themselves infront of the camera.

I am a mother, a daughter, a sister and I love animals! I grew up on a small farm in rural Ontario. I love the simple things in life. If I were to describe a perfect date, it would be a nice intimate candle-lit dinner on the waterfront and the rest of the night stargazing on the flat rocks of a Muskoka lake!

I consider myself a portrait artist. When I am composing a portrait, I am trying to make every click of my shutter count. I will not take endless photos trying to get "it" I want to provide you with timeless family heirlooms.

Your maternity session should last about 1.5 hours. Please wear loose clothing an hour before to lesson the bra line and pantline. If you would like to bring a special clothing item please do! It is nice to make your session totally about you.

 Sessions go according to each individual newborn. It’s not uncommon for the session to last three hours. This will allow  plenty of time for feedings and comforting.

This session is limited to 2 weeks old and under. In studio or we will come to your home, bring all props and lighting (add $55.00).  This session is a time to relax and let Belly 2 Bebe create an exquisite artistic art collection of your babies first professional portraits.
